I work at Foot Locker, and because of that I have an associate card that allows me to get 30% off any purchase I make at a Foot Locker store/branch (Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Lady's Foot Locker, Footaction, Champs).

In addition to the associate card, I can also fill out a form online and get a 30% off code to use for online purchases (I can only generate one a day and the code expires after 24 hours).

This seems like a item that a lot of people would be interested in, seeing that if they buy a shoe that's like $200 they can get $60 off and stuff like that.

Only thing is that employees are limited to $500 in discounts per month, so if the first person to buy a code and uses gets $60 off then I only have $440 left for the others who buy.

first things first for an employee to be able to hold a shoe on release day your hook-up has to be at least 20% for the week (at least 1 in 5 people that you ring up would have had to buy something with the shoes - ex. a shirt. shoe cleaner and such doesn't count)

also, for limited releases like the Bred 1s, the managers get to get their size, and if one of the managers doesn't want the shoe then they do an employee raffle to see which employee can get a pair

and no one gets pairs early, period
