You know I was thinking that maybe bullets has a 2fa exploit but It takes some money and time so he first offers the users and when they decline, If he thinks its worth enough, he does it.

Everyone saying that Regulus would never sell his account. You never know what could happen. I've been on hackforums for over six years and I've seen even more reputable users pull shit like this. Be safe and assume the worst.

I've never been around when he scams but I've heard that he's usually successful at scamming.
