One of the absolute best fucking animes I have ever seen, in my life. Period.

Spoiler (Click to View)The story was fucking awesome. The way it made you think, the character progression (awesome by the way), how the parasytes almost became human towards the end.

I was sad when Kana (i'm assuming how her name was spelled) died. I knew it was going to happen though. I have seen that episode on Toonami so I knew. However his mother's death was COMPLETELY unexpected and really fucked with me.

Murano, I felt like she was gonna get killed the whole series. So at the very end when she fell of the edge I was like "WHAT THE FUCK NO!!!"

Then to see that migi was able to help save her. Man. That whole series was more psychological then I expected. Most animes lack that, and Parasyte had it. I love animes that get in your head, another great example of a Psychological anime is Death Note. I loved this one. I loved this anime. I can say i'm generally happy I watched it.

Agreed. The concept and story was done perfect.

I've watched so many animes where it seemed to be dragged out. When the story could have ended a lot sooner but they pushed to drag it out. Parasyte kept it interesting while at the same time developing characters and story. It is a great example of how an anime should be done.

Was too lazy to keep scrolling and try to find an actual discussion thread about this anime, BUT I JUST FINISHED IT AND IT'S ONE OF THE BEST ANIME I'VE EVER SEEN.
