I've been trying to explain that to him, he's claiming it's "fraud" and making all this shit up.


I collected his info just in case he does get away with the cash.

I will take legal action on your parents because legally they will have to represent you as a minor so they will be sued on your behalf.

Not that i care how it ends, but just refund his payment and move on.

You're making zero sense at the moment. He no longer wants to deal with you so refund him so he can go on with his day. Like your making a big deal out of nothing and at the moment you're the scammer who is refusing to refund

So to clarify. Kimberly sent you $40.00 and its on a hold by paypal.
Obviously you didn't give Kimberly the AGC because Paypal says not to. I agree.

What I don't understand is why you don't want to refund the $40.00 by canceling the pending transaction Kimberly sent you.

Only apparent possibilities that I can see is.

1. Funds are frozen and OP can't give the PP back by canceling Kimberlys pending transaction. Which he should then prove this so Kimberly calms down.

2. OP is waiting for the funds to clear in a few days to weeks depending on how quickly paypal looks at your case and have scored (scammed) a free $40.00 as well as attempting to make Kimberly look like the scammer in one swoop.
