Want to start your own VPN company but don't know how?
Take a look at Cryptic™'s service here.
Vouch for my boy Network, don't hesitate to buy from this guy
Vouch for Network, this guy is awesome!
Client looks sick, vouch for my boy Network!
Would this happen to be based on the CloudVPN source?

No at all, first this is 10 times more stable than those free vpn clients out there (Like the one 143 VPN is using) and secondly this have way more original features.
Completely coded from scratch (C# and VB version).

It's not free, but anyone can purchase a commercial license.

How customizable is this and what are the requirements for port forwarding to integrate with a web based control panel? (Not a coder)

Don't know to be honest, just saw a bunch of VPN providers here on HF using the same source so I thought it was a free one.

It's fully customizable, literally. (E.g: Instead of a dark look you can change it to a lighter look, from TabControl to buttons, graph, textboxes, form ect).
We can work something out, in your case the user login into their 143 account and by that we can access the Port Forwarding page to proceed to the Port forwarding.

If you have any other question feel free to ask.
