You can use nested spintax where you can put spintax in a spintax.
An example would be:
{hello {sir|man}|hi {mate|person}}

Our Mass Mailer has been working great ever since our release. Users have been in successful in sending hundreds of thousands of emails without any problems. Just run it overnight and it should successfully be finished by the time you wake up :)
This mass mailer uses SMTP to send emails. Because of this, any problems that occur is 99% due to your email accounts. Please double check your email account if it doesn't seem to work.
For people thinking about SMTPs.
The easy to get that is to get a cPanel, then create an email account.
Use it as your SMTP. Works very well.
