the one effective way to jack instagram accounts was by using the photo id method but it got patched like a week ago.
u would email support saying u got hacked and they ask u to hold up a piece of paper saying something on it so u would just photoshop a selfie of whoever owned the account and then u would jack it ez pz

It got fixed around 3 weeks ago, not 1 lol. No one is going to tell you any method of how to jack anything, if you want to learn you better have around 1k to pay someone.

The only way is to jack it tbh. Turbo won't work because it's completely inactive. Jacking it with business name I'm guessing is what all the people here are suggesting you to do.
