Hello everyone, this may come off as a bit of a "old" community alert if you will, but I never really cared about posting it until now, maximus has been trying his hardest to fuck with me, so now I will make sure none of you get fucked by him.

So here we can see this rule:


Obviously this would include people INVESTING into CREATING a HYIP Ponzi scheme correct?

tl;dr
A while back I contacted the user about an investment opportunity, he came up with the idea of a "ponzi/hyip scheme" for my investment group to invest into, which was immediately turned down. I am just posting this thread to warn about when you are investing into his "projects" that it could be used for things like this.

Incapability DOX's other members and was caught selling illegal ebooks and advertising them as legal.

Now for my defense, The IDEA that is presented in this “community alert” was NEVER PUT FORWARD. As well as this, Incapability was practically begging to be apart of it at the time the idea was put forward to him. I denied as he had nothing to offer to the project, thank god I never worked with him in other endeavors.

As well as this, the idea that was presented was never once mentioned on HF. It was stated very clearly that it would never be on HF (as it breaks policy) and that it was a greyhat venture (as it had legal loopholes that I had heavily researched before posting to ensure it wasn’t blackhat).
Don’t think that I am as stupid as Incapability. I research every single parameter before I post something that might put me or someone else at risk, and if it does, I just don’t post it or take it offsite as I always did with this proposed venture, that again, never took place.

Furthermore, The investments that I hold from HF members lately (that is conducted ON SKYPE and NOT ON HF) are for my trading ventures and have 0 relation to ponzis. As most of you may or may not know, I trade on a almost daily basis and in order to maximize profitability, sometimes I’ll need some extra boosts in capital hence I take some investment.

TLDR: all of my ventures no matter if they are blackhat, white hat, or greyhat are carried out offsite and never usually touch HF UNLESS they comply with HF policy. Even the ideas, or the investment opportunities, I purposely do offsite to prevent as much trouble as possible. Since this idea was presented to incapability offsite, I don’t see how this can possibly relate to HF and my own profile.

I agree with you Maximus. Incapability gets butt hurt easily if you do not keep him part of your business. The first time we talked he was kinda professional about business but when i refused him to be part of my business , since he had nothing to offer me as well , He started acting weird . I will recommend no one to join him for business.

1. Asking HF for investments..... ? no. I was looking for a partner, investment was if you wanted a share of the profit, and again, this was all discussed on skype (offsite) and therefor not under HF policy as far as I know. And again, the Ponzi/HYIP was NEVER put to life and was only an idea, as I have said countless times now.
2. you were trying to sell an ebook that taught people how to extort pedophiles....extortion is illegal and against HF rules which is why I posted my community alert against you.
