Exchange date was in 11/10
He sent me private msg asking for exchange PP to my btc although i paused all currency exchanges from 2 weeks ago after Mons scam.i accepted to exchange since he told me that his PayPal is verified, he sent me $94 Paypal for my $82 BTC, with in 24 h i got unauthorized transaction from PayPal, same what happened with Mons, probably he is Mons's account, i never got case reversal in all previous exchanges till i dealt with this scammer Mons.
- after i got the reversal payment i sent him msg to solve the this problem friendly and refund me or calling Paypal, he said he will call or collecting BTC to refund me, i waited 1 day and sent him message again but he ignored it, again i sent msg telling that he ignoring me but he continued ignoring me.

Steph. refunded me as well. This isn't Mon's, I'm pretty sure. Mon's doesn't have the audacity to call/refund on events like this when it's clearly the buyer's fault. But I still don't see why she can't just call PayPal and tell them that they are authorized payments.

The money reversed to his PayPal account and i sent him an message to send the money again or refund me but he didn't answer although he has read the msg.
