Ok, lets break this down :)

the chat is dead most of the time. the only times the chat isn't dead is when
A) someone says something offensive, someone is trolling, or people are arguing
B) we get a new feature and people are spamming it because it's new

1. The chat is always active, you just need to say whats up or jump into a conversation.
2. The music feature "spamming" was fixed shortly after and we where all having a great time ( screenshots in thread ). There is a new "DJ Rank" where you can control the music for the voice channel. Most people hang in there now and just chill.

he also removes standard features of Discord, such as /nick and changing your username color behind a donator rank.
i donated $1 for the 'donator' rank after constant begging from Concord. he still shamelessly begs for donations daily. i bought them a music player add-on for $3 in exchange for Moderator rank, and the entire night on that server was spam, shit music, and concord skipping the songs to get to his !next submitted (even skipping up to 5 people just for his song to be played)

1. The nick name option is an incentive to donate but if you gave me a good enough reason, yes I would change your name. Donating also shows your support for the server as currently 17 members have donated. The minimal donation fund is $1 which is very cheap.
2. Yes, this was in exchange for the moderator rank but I will explain why I removed you and banned you next.

the very next day i posted a dog getting hung in the (dead) lounge chat and two midgets kicking a guy in the balls. i did it for fun, and the chat was dead. i tried to talk to people before that, and even addressed someone directly, but i had no response and the chat stayed quiet. i did this because it was supposed to be funny, and it's the only thing that sparks conversation on the chat. he immediately kicked me.
i got invited back to the server and asked for moderator rank. after him and some other people denying it (despite people in the chat wanting me as a moderator) i told him that i'm charging back the PayPal transaction (which seemed to trigger him more than the animal abuse) and he banned me, but not before saying a quick "Thanks for the donation, now goodbye"

The kick was for the NSFW content, I removed your moderator rank for the dog. I take animal abuse personally.
The ban was for the disrespect, being annoying, and an asshole.

At the end of the day its my server and I can do what I want, you are not coming back.

Sorry, I have to disagree there. I don't know where you are, but I am on it pretty much always, and the only down times are pretty much when everyone is sleeping, and even then it's not dead. This part isn't much of an opinion more than an observation; the longest I have personally recorded the chat have 0 activity in all channels was 3.6 hours, and that's only because the server was still brand new. also, a little statistical fact, about 5-7 new people join daily as an average. There are currently >120 members I believe right now.

I'm pretty much always active in there, besides sleeping. Concord has never once begged for donations. I have even donated myself. Not because he asked, I did it of my own accord. You play it out to make him look like some for of hobo asking for change, but that's far from the case. No one has ever mentioned anything about have a problem with it, you are the first. Concord is mature enough to change around things so that everyone is happy in the server.

It wasn't dead when you posted that, I was there. You posted something that features animal abuse. That is something that would make quite a bit of people a bit upset, and it's understandable that people got upset over it. There is a reason for having a NSFW channel.

Alright, to break this all down; You were NOT banned for posting what you did. You were banned because you couldn't accept that your actions had consequences. You dragged it on, and threw an angry fit over losing your rank as moderator. (Which really isn't even a big deal..?) You weren't mature enough to just accept that and move on. If you had handled what happened more maturely, you wouldn't have dragged it out.
