I bought 5 amazon cards last week from a hf's user and paid with my pp.After few days I received this message from him:"my pp got limited.All the payments you made to that pp account have been refunded.send all the money that was refunded to <his new pp email>[10/19/2016 9:04:07 AM] 44 O1: send it as friends and family
[10/19/2016 9:04:59 AM] 44 O1: It was limited because someone did a bank chargeback on ebay sale"

He indeed refunded all the payments, but I noticed 1 refund was still pending until 24 Oct(was removed today by pp, I don't know why)

He told me today:"it wasnt my main paypal it was a stealh account verified with photo id, the reason it was limited because my account went negative balance after someone did a chargeback from an ebay sale.[10/21/2016 9:29:33 PM] 44 O1: Ill be getting £500 + agc next week let me know if your ready for business

I already redeemed the giftcards .My question is what should I do now?I have an online shop, do I risk my paypal if I send payments to his new pp?

NO! Immediately cut all contact with user. NEVER deal with stealth PayPal accounts. Only deal with trusted users on this site that have a verified PayPal.

Matter a fact, you're better off exchanging on sites like localbitcoins.com and paxful.

How do I recognize a stealth account from a legit one?In transaction details I found this:
(The recipient of this payment is Non-U.S. - Verified)

I don't want to owe him money.Can I unredeem multiple gift cards if I contact amazon support?

Be very careful when dealing with him.He's very rude and unprofessional. I paid 95% for his amazon giftcards but one of his giftcard just disappeared from my balance.I bet his giftcards are obtained through fraudulent methods too.

I told him I will pay back his giftcards via BTC, even if I didn't ask for a refund after his pp was limited, but he wanted 100% back.I will pay him even if I did my job, but no more of 70% btc.This kid is so stupid, he even forgot that he told me he uses stealth paypal accounts on skype
