Hmn, this is strange, you have to message a person and then have them self-ban themself afterwards to replicate this. You cannot pm someone who has been self-banned.

I'm going to make the assumption that's just how myBB works.
When the account isn't banned anymore it should display their username again.
I only do deals onsite through PM's/Contracts.
I do not use Discord, or Skype, or talk to members offsite whatsoever.
