So monday I was "suspended" for 2 days for skipping class right.

I asked if I could go back to class and they were like "no, you clearly can't contain your anger", and I replied with "Yes I can you don't see me trying to get a gun to shoot up this place, do you?" and they took it as a fucking threat (which I didn't know)

So today right I go back to school and they had 3 campus safety guards and 4 cops and I found out I was emergency expelled for terroristic threats... WHAT THE FUCK!?

I am not sure where you live but most places have passed legislation that require you to explicitly say that it's just a prank bro after making a comment like that.

I actually agree with schools decision after you said something like that, because:

1. They already are saying you have problems with anger.
2. You point out the fact that you are not shooting school (yet) and you DISAGREE with their decision, so it makes them think if they do not accept you, you might not care anymore and do it.
Better be safe than sorry.
