he says spoofs, but it doesnt, its surely scam,
paid him 190$ for nothing.
browse around HF, there are host's that spoofs, just buy directly from known DC.
he is scamming low rep ppl because "those can't complain" or "low rep ppl post can't be trusted"
maybe is he multi account or something to get rep himself
SCAMM, search around for his rep and scamm reports.
I've more things to do aswell, to come here to report SCAM because i am pissed of of my 190$ for his ass.
