Stop writing malware in fucking .NET you noobs. The only place your botnet should be is in the trash, along with every other .NET malware sold on this forum. .NET 3.5 (2.0 - 3.0) is not even enabled by default on 8.1/10, so you are limiting yourself to 8 and 7 unless someone has enabled it, which I doubt much no tech savvy people will.

45% of all Windows traffic is now Windows 10 (https://www.gosquared.com/global/windows/10/#launch) over 200 million installs and growing, not to mention Windows 8.1 - So you are limiting yourself using 2.0. You may get some Windows 8.1/10 but not much.
