Good point.
Rather being in jail for 1 year or losing 500k? |

Also a factor that I didn't add was that it depends on your location. If you're in a LA County Jail for a year, it could be worse.
there needs to be more context here...
how much do I hypothetically have, before losing 500k? and is it liquid assets, or is it large materials like houses/buildings.? a year in a jail isn't really that bad, but if I had millions and it was 500k to stay outta jail, I'd just give up the money. ![]() I'm not a doctor, will never be a doctor, take what I say with a grain of salt and look it up for yourself. All things being equal, could you weather a financial setback of 500k in your current state? I believe that was the question. I will get in shape fast, learn to make prison shanks, and get paid a cold hard 500k all the same time. Now that's what I'm talking about! The choice is between losing 500k and going to jail. Nowhere does it say you can receive 500k from going to jail lmao. (Nov 6, 2016 07:58 PM)Jonath198 Wrote: Why does your financial status have to change? I have mayb 6k to my name total.. so I could stand to lose 500k no problem. the debt would just be debt, it'd never get paid. would rather be 494k in debt with nothing than be in jail for a year personally. ![]() I'm not a doctor, will never be a doctor, take what I say with a grain of salt and look it up for yourself.
