What is it you're struggling to understand mate? Is it a specific part of object oriented design/programming or do you not get the whole thing?

I think he wants it in a broader sense. Object Oriented Programming isn't just about splitting your code up into classes and methods, it's about focusing all your code around perform actions for objects/models in your system.

For example: A TODO list may have the following objects: User, Task.

The User object would require classes/methods to handle registering, logging in.

The Task object would require classes/methods to handle being created, being marked completed, being deleted, being assigned to a User etc.

You can go into way more detail, but the point is you're identifying the objects in a system from your requirements and developing code around the business actions necessary for those objects. An object isn't a piece of code, it's an element in a business system.
