I was on the phone with PayPal for him 2 days ago they sent a request to the back office to credit his account. Since it's a really large amount the process is different, and on top of that he received it as Friends/Family which made it much more complicated.

Anyways if you follow the method in my eBook it will show you how to prepare your transactions in such a way that PayPal will always reimburse you no matter what the case, even if the sender charges back via their bank or credit card.
