We sell Linux server, but we can install VNC. Which can also work as an RDP

can I use these linux vps (ubuntu) with a rdp like a windows vps?
and can I install flash and java on ubuntu?

Yes, on the Ubuntu you may install an RDP and take control of the VPS as if it were almost a windows server.
And yup, you can install java/flash on ubuntu
