Wanted to warn the community about this guy

when i sent him the $$ he didn't have any reports or disputes and rep with 150
so i thought he's trusted here is a pic of the conversation

and i got nothing from him kept sending him messages and warning him and he didn't reply
i am gonna open a chargeback on paypal i hope it works never done that before and not sure if it will affect my acc but can't let him get away with it
be careful of that guy he's a scammer he built the reputation and then just scammed different people 2 or 3 people at the same day

That's unfortunate. Always use a middleman or deal with reputable users.
Didn't you see the two reps below yours? Seems like a legitimate report. Sorry for your loss, OP. Hopefully PayPal will find the case in your favour.

he scammed us at the same day almost the same time

Probably exit scamming. Did you send the funds as Friends and Family or as Goods and Services?

goods and services i can't send as friends and family on my paypal acc

i won the dispute and got the money from paypal .
still no reply from the scammer yet

and u never gave me money back i put a dispute on paypal and won the dispute that's how i got the money back u didn't send me anything
