Hi m8! This is the harash reality of paid RATs. There are some things you can do tho:
1st, ALWAYS use a free RAT such as Quasar or Njrat as a backup on your clients.
2nd, Don't complain or seek support from developers, the only thing you will get is a license termination for malicious usage.
