Noobs, or average Amazon users/refunders, get out. I don't need your useless opinions or advice. I have a problem that needs to be fixed asap, well, not asap but the faster the better. This is how things went:
> I claimed a large gift card, it is legitimate.
> My account got closed. Unfortunately a small amount < $20 was spent of the gift card.
> Rest of funds are gone?
I know it's possible to get them back but I don't know how to what to say to support. No excuse seems to work. If you think you can do it, PM. I'm not sending shit unless you successfully get me the funds back.
Why was the account closed? Did you get any emails from them regarding the reason (previously closed account, invalid gift cards, address/cc verification)?

Previously closed account I believe, however I was using a VPS and everything... and a new address

You need to make sure what is it.
Have you contacted them using email or phone yet? If so, explain what happened.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MEMBER
Lol, you're not closed but locked. You need to call them, and make them send a check to you for the rest of the money.

The most likely course of action taken was a chargeback on the GC. I've redeemed many thousands of amazon giftcards and never experienced anything similar. I'd suggest, as the person above has, that you call Amazon.

It was not a problem with the gift card

If you want help with this, reply to my previous post. Amazon is complicated. You can PM me if you'd prefer, I'm not planning to charge anything anyways.
