Here are some tips and tools!
-Kind of need to know the person (sometime)
-Pastebin.com (makes it more organized)
-Yellowpages.com (or some sort of name identifiers/address finder)
-Maybe a extra friend (for more help)
-Confidence
-VPN (so you don't get tracked..)
-IP Sniffer
-IP2Skype
-Geolocate the IP
STEPS:
1: What you should do is try to get the persons name.
2: Once you have done that use your ip sniffer or command and get
the ip of said person.
3: Once you have the IP use a geolocater and find where the ip is, state and such. It will ALL be documented in the dox.
4:Now with the persons name try to look them up on yellowpages.com or ancestry (it worked o.o) and try to verify the age and parents of this person, maybe ask them.
5: Once you've achieved to this part you will now have their IP and name and parents name hopefully, now try to find what social media they are on and find a picture.
6: Everything you find on this person will be documented in the dox so have it in your sticky notes.
7: If you go real hard try to get credit card info, address (easy), SSN, social media accounts, go ahead, but thats a whole new tutorial!
