PayPal Limitation - Legitimate Information - Need Recommendations

My PayPal was limited last night. It has roughly $2,400 in it.

All the information I used was legitimate, and I do not believe I broke any Terms of Service.

There's one problem, though. They are asking for the following on top of the normal stuff like bank statements etc:

Provide Invoices of the Merchandise I'm selling
Provide Proof of Delivery
Provide more information about payments

What I was selling was a virtual service. I'm not required to own a thing, so I'm not sure what to do about the top two.

For the last one, all of my payments were made via Friends/Family. Is that against the Terms if you are actually selling a service? If so, should I make something up?
Yeah you broke the ToS by accepting service payments as F&F
You got fucked, since its in ur moms name tell her to deal with it if she is gucci with it

She's fine with doing whatever.

So should I say that I was receiving gifts from family/friends or something?
Paypal won't allow you to use your money until after 180 days.

You can always mail a package to someone here, get a tracking number, and use this information to provide proof of an item being shipped.

If this would work (maybe someone can provide light on this situation), I will gladly send you my address and such to assist you in getting this unlimited.
There is no need to fake proof, simply create a word document explaining that you are selling a virtual service and where you get the virtual service and convert it to a .pdf attach it to wherever they ask for shipping etc, and I believe they'll accept that.
ASVPS TILL DEATH.

Yeah I knew about that, but I really hope to get this fixed soon...

It'd be fine if I didn't do the friends/family situation, but not sure what to do now that I did...

What if I only accepted friends/family though? Isn't that violating their terms so it won't work?

Chances are you'd be permanently limited and banned from PayPal for this.
Virtual goods are heavily disliked by PayPal - and especially if you use F&F payments.

You will need to come with a good excuse. Paypal is not dumb like before.

I don't understand how they can be like "that's not true, you are lying" without proof. How isn't this illegal smh!?
It's them making sure you have a legitimate business.
Depending on what you're doing, just give them a call, explain, and ask for a suggestion on what documents you should submit according to their response.

Explain that ^

Try not to make a mention of it/avoid the subject completely. I doubt they'll bring it up.
If you continue to use F&F, they'll remove your account's ability to receive F&F payments, so try not to make it a habit.
