I have been using many established vps providers before, but I'd never get my hands on off 4gb ram. Pulse server is surely fast in comparison to others in HF. Thanks for your nice service!

I've been using this for quite some time now and it's running smooth, smooth control panel aswell as reinstall option, had no downtime and the server is really fast.

You have an advanced control panel that allows you to view a lot more in-depth statistical information and perform advanced administrative tasks, like reinstalling the OS. This is explained in the welcome e-mail the automated system sent you with your server's IP address in it. If you need any help, you're more than welcome to open a support ticket.

True that, I can see, it would be nice to have it on the client panel tho, easier access.

I'd certainly agree with you, but we found putting too much functionality on the main control panel page makes it seem cluttered and overwhelming to some. I am looking into that control panel in the billing panel, though, and may make a new tab or page with the advanced stuff on it. Not sure what route to go yet, but we certainly provide the functionality one way or another.
