Here a free #IPLogger I made
Follow these 3 steps:
#1 Shorten this url "ip-logger.square7.ch"
#2 Send the shorturl to your victim
#3 view your log (time specific) at "ip-logger.square7.ch/logged-ips.txt"
Hope you can use it for something.

Grabify should do the same and I think it's maybe easier to use
