Seems like more and more 360 degree VR video experiences are coming out. I wanna buy some goggles from Amazon but they all seem to have mixed reviews. I plan to buy this for my brother for Christmas.

Any recommendations?

Are they actually good though? I've read reviews on some that you can see the border of the phone a lot which doesn't give it the "full immersive VR" experience because of the visible borders. Let me know :)

I'm sure the generic "VR Box" would fit your iPhone 7 Plus and it fits most android phones.
The one with the words "VR Box" on the faceplate is the one I am talking about, offers a no-hands experience.

Well yea obviously cause it's the Oculus Rift lol. But my brother is 16 and I want to get him something good. I'd obviously use them myself as well haha.

Buy him any google I tried a lot theirs is not big difference. And the borders you just need to wear it right. Even with oculus rift if you wear it wrong you can see borders and all that shit :)

He obviously doesn't want to use it for VR games. I'll get him something for that later on when I can afford it. This is just for videos and simple VR things.
