Winners will be chosen via live random draw, most likely via join.me.

Correct. A minimum of 10 x $5 will be given away! That is, if 10 or more people enter. If less people enter, everyone who entered will be gifted $5, completely free! No strings attached of course :) because what is a Christmas gift with strings.

Correct! That is, if you haven't wagered already. If you've wagered already, even years back, you are clear to join! This giveaway is not only for new players, it is to give back also to active players! Active players will not have needed to do anything to enter, but to post their username in this thread.
