How strong is the persistence features of Backdoors created on Kali? They can protect the Paylod from being removed by any BotKillers?
Depends what you do with it, do you have one currently you can post the settings you have?

run persistence -U -i -p -r

The persistence create a vbs file in C:\WINDOWS\TEMP and install into autorun HKCU\Software\Microsoft\CurrentVersion\Run\.

This persistence can avoid the Backdoor from being removed by BotKiller?

The standard persistence module built into metasploit will be killed with ease and is flagged by all major av companies.... I suggest you look into writing your own persistence module.... Thus making it harder for someone to kill your persistence....
Create your own persistance module, It will less get flagged by AV and you will have exactly what you need depending on the target.

Kali has some persistence module based on Rootkit?
You're probably going to want to write your own... (and you should). Meterpreter is fine, but I'd suggest getting more into malware dev.
