We all need help with issues from time to time. Whether they pertain to family, finances, relationships, or just general problems, everybody goes through hard times. That's why we decided to offer everyone from Hack Forums support from Eclipse. We are here to listen to your problems and help you through them.

We will try to support you guys with whatever issues you are dealing with. We won't try to claim that we've been in every situation you guys will contact us about, but we have definitely been through a lot and we feel like it's time to give back and help others that might be going through similar issues.

There are two ways to ask for help/advice and to receive support from Eclipse members:

• Post your scenario below and any questions you have regarding it, and an Eclipse member will reply to you directly on the thread. Some problems may be complicated and the solution may call for more than a single response. Simply quote our response(s) to any other questions/concerns you might have and we will go from there.
  

• If you wish to keep it private, you can choose to PM any of us below and we'll respond to you as soon as we are available.

He's known for helping others through tough times since he can relate so well. He's had his own personal helpdesk in the past as well so he is very well experienced when it comes to giving advice to others and setting them on the right path.

  Minimalist will offer support and attempt his best to help members out at anytime.
  

Please note that no member will be judged on their site stats, reputation, etc. Meaning that a regular member will be helped just as much as an Ub3r member.

Appreciate the fond comments from all of you, if any of you need support I am also available as well although it'd be nice if you could contact members on the thread first if they're available as well.

I'll be purchasing a sticky for this and depending on the outcome if we see that the service is actually helping people then Eclipse well do it's best to make sure this lasts as a permanent sticky.
