As Japanese said, isn't required, no. Only for ownership, however if I did need it I would obviously try and get it.

You can not sell buy in/spots in the enigma group.
You get your money back when you sell your leadership spot.

Yes you can invite anyone you like.
But at the current time each leader can get only invite 5 members each.

Those members you invite are your responsibility to keep active within the group.
