You will have your money in PayPal of course, after having sold the Bitcoin. You don't need any verification whatsoever. Literally all you need is Bitcoin to sell and a way to get more Bitcoin after you sold it for PayPal.

Well it may look so cool and as far i know it is , but do not forget about Horrible GayPal issues 🙂 Random Payments too much into your account [ Random Credit card payers ] all of a sudden means Permanent ban / Limitation ( Proper Document show ) incident can happen in GayPal . Well its good to use stealth PayPal for this shits xD and earn the hell lot amount with those sweet neat 15% :P but besides you have to think to cash out that PayPal funds too :P ; but if i use this method in future , i would never risk my real PayPal for this random shit frankly speaking :P

For those people who have issues with PayPal -- Call them and resolve it. Their customer service line is always professional. I just finally got my first BTC payment to coinbase to go through with PayPal after them denying me multiple times. I was so annoyed I called. It took 3 fucking minutes. THREE! And everything was resolved.
Made my first $3 profit with this method. The information in my PayPal gives me their name and address. If it's chargedback, xcoin will email me with further instructions. Or, if you're a dillweed who wants to mess with PayPal's terms, then go ahead and amazon some cheap shit item to them and send them the tracking #. But be aware that this will raise problems in the future if you keep doing this. You're better off just rolling through the process and lettings xcoin take you by the hand to resolve the matter. Will it suck? YES. But you're going to still be paid and keep your money at the end. HF users seem to have money anxiety. As if the scams and bullshit ya'll pull on here is building up bad karma.
This site is legit and if shit hits the fan, then they will assist you in keeping your money. So stop worrying and donate some BTC or $ to OP for sharing this great method. He/She totally deserves it! Hell, do one better and sign up under his ref link if you're too much of a cheap schmuck that's looking for handouts like a panhandler.

I've noticed that there are peak times, so it's not really instant, just whenever your offer gets matched with a borrower.

Assuming I have a legal/legit PayPal and want to do this.. would that be smart with the risks that this comes with? Feel like eventually you'll get limited for constant random payments, especially if they were to chargeback. The payout is not bad but only for those who use "throwaway" PayPals.

Sometimes everything is sold in a couple of hours, other times it takes a few days. I deposited around $450 about 4 hours ago, no sale yet on it. Yesterday I had deposited $165 and that was all sold within 2 hours.
