Simple response: I use a shared VPN that uses a pool of users to relay off of.


More simple- I cannot afford a Paid VPN atm.

I don't believe so.... In the "Trust Scan" section, it says "Same IP on login" If you get too many of those, it goes red.

http://www.vpngate.net/en/ has a lot of vpns that aren't blocked by HF

I don't see why you need to be on a VPN on a forum, not like a member is going to hack the database just to grab your IP, unless... you're hiding something.
