Just noticed there isn't a thread for this... screw you all for missing it <(o,o<)
Early notes: it's my first time writing this type of threads, many screw ups are possible...

Alternative Titles
English: Strike the Blood Second
Japanese: ストライク・ザ・ブラッドⅡ

Episodes: 8 (wtf with this number? why not usual 12??)

Plot: (according to wiki...)

The story follows the adventures of Kojou Akatsuki, a vampire in high school who is a bit reluctant to show his powers, and Yukina Himeragi, a teenage Sword Shaman apprentice who is sent to observe him. It takes place in the Demon District in Itogami City, a man-made island off the coast of Japan that has a freely mingling monster populace. Kojou is suspected of being the Fourth Progenitor, a powerful vampire that could potentially disrupt the balance of power among the ruling three Progenitors. Kojou and Yukina befriend various monster students, some of whom are attracted to Kojou, and whose situations drive his libido that provides the source of much of his power.

My opinion:
Haven't seen it yet, but probably we'll get some good blood sucking scenes... really hope we'll get to see Nagisa going god mode again.

Girl of the show:
Open for discussion, will post when we settle our minds.

Neck of the show:
Since all the blood sucking goes from neck (too bad??), this anime desires a vote on who's neck is best...

It appears they're either dragging out any potential plot developments for the sake of merchandising the series or they are trying to middle finger the industry. Who knows shrug

Woo, didn't realise this had subs yet. I've been waiting for this for a while now.

Been looking for subs for a while too, but went with watching the first 2 episodes subless and gotta say my skills gave me really good understanding, but waited for the subs, found 3 episodes subbed, not sure if that's where it's standing or the website I'm on is just slacking...

Seems like the three episodes (assuming you have hatsuyuki fansubs too) were posted on the same day. Guess it'll be a bit of a wait for the rest.

I loved the first season. Second season is OVA and has 3 episodes subbed with the 4th being raw. I believe is still airing but it sucks it's an OVa...

The first season was really interesting. The second season release is too soon as they are feeding the fanbase. I expect a better plot than the same people with the same goals of sinking an island or creating a weapon and the MC stopping them.
Himeragi will still be the main Heroine :P

I'm still having second thoughts on starting this haha. The first season was okay but not sure if i should still continue [senpai].

I watched the first 3 ep and gaaaah, so happy with it so far. I have a feeling the next chapter will be released with subs all together.
