This and it isn't the first time a code he was "Buying" turned out "invalid". Just saying, but anyways besides that 70% for PP is kinda bad IMO I'd suggest anyone to sell it for 70% BTC since you can get BTC to PP for 10% more.

I sometimes do but mostly with higher amounts and lower precentage than with paypal.
