I have bought 10,000 package, and much to my surprise, the traffic did not have any interaction with the website. I was really disappointed.

Sorry to hear that, but as explained in our FAQs we dont control the visitors once they are sent to your site.
Their interaction level depends entirely on your sites content and niche.
