I am selling my gmod community that has 2300+ Steam group members

This community includes 2 servers Prop Hunt (Almost 3 or 4 years old) and Murder (almost 2 years old) that are based in Texas
Prop hunt on a usual day has a full server usually when school ends for the day.
Murder is usually half full or full when school lets out for the day
Donations are around $500+ a month I have even got $2000 a month when I pushed really hard for donations.

What you have to do if you want to keep the community running;

1. Add and remove maps at community's request
2. Add and remove models at community's request
3. Pay for servers when payments are due (Prophunt is $275.30 a year, you could change Prop Hunt to a monthly plan, but it may cost extra through NFO! and Murder is $18 a month)
4. Basically if anything needs done, the staff will talk to you about it!

Staff hiring is taken care of by the current staff members
Training of new staff members is taken care of by the current staff members


What you get;
1. Both server transferred to you on NFO
2. Webhosting and domain
3. All Addons
4. All website files
4.5. Discord community server ownership
5. Support for changing and adding stuff.
6. Scriptfodder addons that I purchased (will get them transferred to your scriptfodder account if I can)
7. Custom addons that I have had made
8. All of my staff members that do not require a pay (Server Owner, Community Managers, Server Managers) they know how to do everything, but they don't have access to FTP
9. A playerbase, so you do not have to spend time creating your own servers and hoping people get on. Because these servers are already popular!
10. I will also pay for 1 month of murder and 1 year of prop hunt on purchase
11. I will offer you full support until you understand everything!

Reason I am selling this community because I do not have time to get on anymore and manage stuff anymore, even though the profits have been SUPER nice in the 4 years I have been doing this. It just gets tiring and stressful, I have a 12 hour job and I simply can't find the time like I used to when I first started doing this. (And I cant save money worth a shit, and so I am always spending my donation money even though I have server bills to pay for xD)

Yes you could do this with your server for free.
But you're buying ownership of a community that is already fully ready and get's plenty of donations.

Sure spend 4 years getting to where my servers are, and you're good. And you'll end up spending quite a bit of money and having a chance to get no donations in for your time.

But you are completely right, just go ahead and get your servers up and running and come back when you get about $500/month in donations.

I am rarely on. I have a server Owner that texts me if anything needs to be done.

Such as;
A model no longer works
A map needs to be removed
Someone donates for a Co-Owner rank and needs a model uploaded
Anti-Cheat needs to be updated
A plugin needs to be updated

And that is basically and most of that stuff I can do from FTP without having to get on.
