Firstly, the popular American vote didn't elect him, that doesn't count and it has never counted. The electors from the electoral college voted him in to president. Some electors are required to vote for the candidate that got the majority of the vote depending in which state they're in, other states they're not, just look at Washington state, an elector voted for a bird and another voted for Bernie Sanders but I think that was invalidated. You get my point though, the American people didn't decide shit when it comes down to it.

Secondly, who is the alternative to the guy you call unfit? The lady who has seizures in public and is known to have a medical history from fainting a few years back? Trump might be on the chubby side of things, but at least he doesn't collapse at the WTC on 9/11 and is forced into a car, or has a weird ass spaz then says that the coffee is great. Out of the duo, he is definitely the most fit choice you could of done.

That's one of America's turning points, where they were truly great (until inflation hit hard in the late 70's). Let me remind you that in the 60's/70's the civil rights bill was enacted that gave blacks the same rights as whites, then you have the sexual revolution where people did the hippy shit.
