I'm willing to make an argument against Trump. However, I believe there's a difference between either unconditionally supporting someone or supporting someone and having criticisms along the way. The problem with a lot of people's attitudes when it comes to politics is that they expect you to pick a guy and support him regardless of his actions. Only a simpleton would think like that. Whenever you write a criticism about <insert politician here> you get told that you must not support him. That's not true though. You might support them across the board, but on particular issues you have a disagreement with them on it. There's nothing wrong with that, if you have a brain, but a lot of people who are in politics don't. It's not just with Hillary supporters, I see it with Trump supporters too. I'm a Trump supporter myself, but I disagree with him on say 45% of the issues. I'm willing to think, then research, then talk about those issues in criticism of him. That's the only way the country can improve. It's unfortunate that we have to pick someone that we disagree on with 45% of the issues on. If we had a direct democracy I would absolutely be willing to support ideas that I agree on and vote against ideas that I disagree on. Direct democracy, at a state level preferably, would be the best way for the country to advance forward, instead of having this two party dictatorship which further centralises power in Washington.
