Both ChromeProducts and IPIKIN can be listed as Leaders of Baka.

Although WallFlower is considered it's own thing by Baka, technically speaking it is a sub-section of Baka.

I'm guessing because some groups are described more favorably while others are either left out or contain minimal to no information. There is also tons of errors including typos, thread layout errors, and general misinformation.
