Honestly I've gotten quite a lot of pm's I want to reply to but can't; simply because I need 20 posts to even reply. That's a little ridiculous/unfair.

I understand preventing new accounts from bot spamming , but in my opinion you should at the very least be able to reply to personal messages people send you.

Quite frustrating.
