Jailbreak

How-To Jailbreak iOS 10-10.2 - EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW!

DO NOT INSTALL APPSYNC FROM CYDIA. IT HAS BEEN REPORTED TO MOST LIKELY SCREW YOUR DEVICE UP AND MAY CAUSE YOU TO RESTORE. BEWARE OF THIS TWEAK!

10-10.2 Jailbreaking Information - What you need to know.

This is a semi-untethered Jailbreak, meaning if your Phone dies, or you have to go back into the Jailbreak app, and click "go"

This also only supported 64 bit devices from iOS 10-10.2, the iPhone 7, however is NOT Jailbreakable on iOS 10.2, but is however Jailbreakable on iOS 10.1.1, we are patiently waiting for a tool however to be released for the iPhone 7, which I know won't be long.

W-what devices are supported again? 64-bit devices, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone SE, iPod touch 6G, iPad mini 2, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 4, iPad Air, iPad Air 2, iPad Pro, are all supported in this Jailbreak.

What is Jailbreaking? - and is it safe?

Jailbreaking is the process of which you modify your device to remove restrictions allowing you to customize it fully to your liking. Yes it is also very safe, as long as you know what you are doing, and know what you are installing, you should be fine, no need to worry though, you can refer to this thread if you need help with Jailbreaking because I will be explaining what you need to know about Jailbreaking, and what this Version of Jailbreaking offers, and what you need to look for, and be careful with.

How can I jailbreak my iDevice?

This Jailbreak is very different from the iOS 9.3.3 Jailbreak, as you do not need to go onto a website to download the Jailbreak Application, this time you need to download a few things I'll be stating down below in this thread.

First off what you want to do is either download THIS mirror, or go ahead and head to Luca's site (https://yalu.qwertyoruiop.com), and download the Latest Beta (Beta 7 is the latest at the time I'm creating this Thread). Some may ask, Why are you telling us to install a Beta instead of a Final Jailbreak tool? I'm telling you this because it is stable enough, and you have nothing to worry about.

Now, head over to the Cydia Impactor website, and download Cydia Impactor for your specific OS.
http://cydiaimpactor.com/

Now, Open Cydia Impactor, and you should get a box looking like this -

Now, go ahead and connect your device to your computer, and you should get something that looks like this with your devices name, I have a red box over it because that is information you do NOT want to share -

Now, go ahead and DRAG the yalu102.IPA file into Cydia Impactor and you should get a popup saying that you need to enter your e-mail, like this -

No worries though, this information is NOT shared.

After you've entered your e-mail, it will prompt you to enter your password, should look like this now -

Remember, you can create a disposable AppleID just temporarily for this, if you do not trust this, but this information is NOT shared with anyone, now the downloading of the Application process will begin.

It should be signing the IPA, and it will be finished in about 30 seconds to 1 minute, and it should be looking like this -

Now, if you go look on your iPhone you should see a Kim Jung Un looking App on your iPhone saying Yalu102, open it, you may or may not get a pop up saying that you need to trust a developer, and if you do, all you need to go and do is go to

General > Device Management > Look for your e-mail (this is what you entered in Cydia Impactor) > and trust the app.

Now open the file, and go ahead and click "Go", the Jailbreak process will begin. If your Phone reboots to the Apple Logo it has not worked, the way you know if you've jailbroken is if you get a black screen with this spinning wheel -

image is a bit big (sorry)
Spoiler (Click to View)

You'll be booted back to the passcode screen, enter your Passcode, or use TouchID, and you should now have Cydia!

Information you NEED to know!

All devices are supported, except the iPhone 7, 7+. There is a confirmed Jailbreak for the iPhone 7's on iOS 10.1.1, but there has not been any official release for it. *(I'll be updating this thread once we receive something for the device)
This may be the LAST Jailbreak for a while, the worth of your Phone may or may not go up in value over time, so CHERISH this Jailbreak

This Beta is stable enough, so this is why I'm releasing this Thread currently.
Beta 7 is the latest Stable Beta (at the time of creating this Thread)

**
IOS 10.2 has STOPPED being signed (you cannot downgrade or upgrade, unless you have saved your SHSH blobs, also very late to talk about blobs now, since the signing has stopped)
If you have saved your SHSH blobs, then good job, because a method later on will come out for us all to downgrade if we have SHSH Blobs.

Can I use someone elses blobs? No, everyone has their own specific ECID, no ECID is the same, meaning the person that created their Blob, can only use it.

Tweaks - How safe are they?

They're very safe, you just have to be really smart with what you are doing, do NOT rush to download a Tweak, tweaks are being updated every hour or so, if not daily.

Here's a Tweak list that you may find useful, I've installed about 10 from here, all working, and I have not had any issues with it at all.

Tweak list (CLICK ME)

Conclusion

If you screw your device up, and you don't have an SHSH blob saved, you're fucked. Please be smart with what you are downloading as most tweaks are updated, but there are some out there that tend to fuck your device up, and I'm sure that you don't want that happening.

Good luck everyone, and Jailbreak away!
Is jailbreak 10.2 fully out for iPhone 7+?

It has stopped being signed, and yes the iOS 10.2 Jailbreak is out, still in Beta, but most have considered it the last Beta till the final release, it is VERY VERY stable.

edit - for the 7+? No, not yet. They're working on the iOS 10.1.1 Jailbreak for the iPhone 7, however, we can hope that one will be released soon enough for iOS 10.2, just give it a bit more time. (refreshed my page and saw your comment)
wondering why you need to login with an apple id.
Is there any clue when the 10.2 jailbreak might be fully out for iPhone 7+?

Developers used this when they compiled their resources into Xcode, and it's basically like installing an Application from the App Store, but really you're installing it directly to your iPhone, I'm pretty sure the information is sent back to Apple, so you can put it onto your Phone.

Yes, Cydia Impactor does ask for your Apple ID during the signing process but it uses that information for nothing but App Signing . That is because Apple requires your Apple ID to sign the app. Cydia Impactor just takes your Apple ID from you and hands it over to Apple servers. >> source

(DONT QUOTE ME ON IT)

I'm most certain after he releases a Jailbreak for the other devices, he MAY or MAY NOT start working on the iPhone 7's.

I can't imagine it being longer for it to be released for the i7's.
Everythingapplepro said that you can jailbreak the iPhone 7/7+ on 10.1/10.1.1 using the method on one of his comments? Have you tried?
