I got a new phone and completely forgot that my account was linked to it, I messaged (emailed) staff over a couple months ago and I haven't received a reply.

Would it be possible to disable my F2A so that I can log back into my account? Thanks.

There is no guarantee that you'll get your account back, you don't have matching IP's nor is Omniscient really helping people anymore look after THEIR own accounts, it's their responsibility to make sure to back up everything.

You could be lucky, I'd not PM him directly either, I'd keep waiting until he see's this thread, probably your best bet.

I have the same country and same ISP, I know the password and email and email password - the IP would be difference as it changes regularly.

But I understand that I should of backed up my account. It doesn't have much posts, but I didn't really want to make a new account as I upgraded to L33T.

Not saying you won't get it back, No one really knows 100%, there is a small chance on you getting it back, it's all up to our boss. He decides who takes the bull by it's horns, but I wish you the best of luck.. Also you've got no matching IP, not sure if that is necessary but we'll have to see.

Also, if you do get your account back, make sure to write down the backup code which is located here:

Same problem.

Of course people are still going to get recovered, but a majority still won't. Case by case and also if Omni is in the mood. I also don't think PM'ing Omni is a great idea, sounds like a good way to not get recovered.

On the google auth app for your phone, I do not think there is a way, the only recovery code you have is the one I linked on the image.
