Don't know if this was accidental are not but on the extras page you can view the paid stickies list, even though it says only for staff to view. I know omni removed the view to awards because people were calculating how much money he makes, and i know this page was invisible before. Just a small error?

Sorry, I didn't bother to click it so I thought it was only accessible by staff. I don't think it's recent though, otherwise it wouldn't be in this thread. Although it could have been enabled, disabled, and enabled again.

It's indeed strange that this page seems to be accessible to members.
I know that paid awards and donation awards cannot be queried to see the list of members who have it,
probably because that would be a way to calculate Omni's earnings from these sources, something I recall
he doesn't like anyone doing, as well as show a list of who the large donators are.
And I believe that the sticky list is for the same reason not meant to be publicly available.

Feel free to correct me (anyone) if I'm wrong about this.

Just like you posted, it was public, then disabled, now it seems to be enabled unless it's an accident.
