If he has a credit card, there is a way to send money without an account.

At the end, have him put in the email you use for your PayPal account.

Fill out any info as needed. This is basically you creating an invoice on PayPal and then paying it to the user whos email was put on that URL. It will send as goods so they will take a fee, but this is the best I can think of for your situation.
