Hey guys, so I sold an IG account yesterday and the guy paid me with Paypal, I totally forgot to check that he paid as services and goods and today he charged back the cash on Paypal, anyone can advise me how to win this dispute? Can pay if it works. Thanks.

Call paypal. They will assist you and provide proof that you gave him the account

To be eligible for PayPal Seller protection, you must meet all of the basic requirements listed below under (a) Basic Requirements. To be covered for Item Not Received protection,

Basic Requirements:
You must ship the item to the shipping address on the Transaction Details Page.
You must respond to PayPal's requests for documentation and other information in a timely manner.
The item must be a physical, tangible good that can be shipped.
Your primary residence, as listed in your Account, must be in the United States.

This is actually somewhat false. With proper documentation paypal will rule in your favor, such as bitcoin transactions with a note saying currency exchange or similar however I'm not sure on an account basis.

You may not use the PayPal service for activities that relate to transactions that involve currency exchanges or check cashing businesses.Its against the paypal user policy.

However selling a virtual item (bitcoin) is allowed, I have personally just won an exchange this week because the user put currency exchange as the note.
