Using a text editor other than notepad would probably work better. Splitting the file is also a good option.

Linux has great tools for working with text files.

Split the txt using textsplitter, open bulk with notepad++

Sublime Text should be able to open it without a problem

notepad ++ should work or try using 010Editor if your on windows , hope i could help.

I use a program called EmEditor for large text files. Should be able to open pretty much anything.

It should work when it's 100 MB though, just let it load it all, it won't work until it loads, other editors will probably read async as it loads.
