I have a few people who ordered from me on Selly, and showed me their order, but it doesn't show received payments, nor does it show pending, is the Blockchain going that slow right now?

I think so, sent some BTC to my coinbase account and its still pending after a few hours.

Confirmations are slow for many people. Some guy got it after 23 hours, other after 48 hours and so on.

My best guess is that BTC confirmation is delayed for you as well.
