You can always register new account, add your card make sure it got 0$, then call and block it get a new one and G_g re-do.

I usually do this when I party and take the ride home, then I get a new card next week.
I have 2 banks so one of them are only for free rides, then you are - but just do a new account with new number etc..

be careful doing this method on your main phone or device. The device will get IMEI banned. Make sure to this method on a phone or device that you dont use your main uber on
