Also have member trails, getting into groups can be difficult if you don't know people, so be more lenient on applicants and then give them like a 5 day trail to see how they interact with others and the group, then kick them if needs be (maybe have a member who full-time watches over others and keeps and eye out, but they'd have to be chill and not abusive or have prejudice)

Hoping this group takes a turn for the better, there have been some amazing groups in the past that I've looked up to, the only one still around in my eyes is Red Lions, hoping that this can make that list

This. Change the name from Illuminati to something new, have sectors and devot the group to providing good to HF and building friendships, partnerships, and a family in the subforum.

Don't make the group all about it's userbar.

Unfortunately I don't see this group ever becoming to anything decent as long as Bandors is owner. He'll just come along and ruin the months of work the leaders have put in just like he has in the past.
